Each apartment or home rental requires a refundable Security Deposit payable at the time of application approval. See each property for deposit amounts.

Apartment: $45.00
Rental History:
Must demonstrate good rental history. No broken leases.
Criminal Record:
No criminal record (Felonies)
Financial Qualifications:
Must demonstrate income 3.5 times rent amount per month.
